WINNINGEST PADDLERS. The Camarines Sur Dragon Boat team that has lorded it over dragon boat competitions in the country in the past few years is shown above with principal sponsor Governor LRay Villafuerte before the local paddlers left for China last June 17 to participate in a series of international dragon boat races. Reports at press time say the team has commendably proven its mettle in the elimination runs and is hopeful of finishing at the forefront of the 4fh Nanning International Dragon Boat Tournament at Nanning City against a field of elite dragon boat teams from all over the world.
